Have you ever sat in an interview room and been told you are over qualified for the job, or performed a Zoom interview and had the feeling something changed along the way? Chances are you may have just experienced “Ageism” if you are over 40.
People over the age of 40 represent a stagering 45% of our community. This category of people has a vast depth of knowledge and have contributed to the economic growth of this country. They should not be denied employment opportunities on the basis of age.
The Project 428 dream
To design a Social network and education referral system for the over 40’s that better links into traditional employment feeds. To provide holistic support for every member and demonstrate through excellence that age should have no barrier.
